I was gonna post "how has life been" journal but an issue came up that needs to be addressed...


Sad topic is sad. But this has gone too far.  


I tend not to write public-execution-type journals for both me and the person's sake, but unfortunately, I have to bring this issue to public due to various reasons which i'll be explaining them in a bit. But before I do, I ask people who are reading this to promise one thing: don't take this as a token to write nasty comments or try to confront this deviant - there is absolutely no point for any of you to go low, or spend time for useless effort. And if you're totally against with these type of journals, just don't read it alright... I don't need people trying to lecture me later what i've done is wrong/mean, it's none of my business, etc. I've done what I thought it needs to be done.
Well then, now that the warning is set, let's move on to the point what this person has done and my reasoning why I had to go public.

So it all started few days ago... this certain deviant came to my attention.
I've noticed that the chibi drawing on her profile looked extremely familiar to mine, and well, it turned out to be a trace of one of my old chibber drawing:

Well alright, it's small, and some portion has been changed - but still it's traced, and frankly I do not allow traces. (Btw, I've checked it with overlay and whatnots so I'm not claiming it without any concrete proof.)
Now, some people might be like "wtf, this person is making such a big fuss over THIS?"
Heh, well I know it's small, and I may be making a big fuss over this, but the thing is, this isn't the only point that i'm really upset about.

To generalize one of the points, her gallery was full of traced/copied works, and she has claimed them as her own. Here are the ones that we (victim artists) have managed to find:

Quite a collection huh. Few are gone since I didn't saved it.

), you may thought that deleting works and deactivating your account would have eliminated the proofs, but I knew you'd do this so I saved it all just in case that you tried to play innocent - which you are doing right now.
I really can't tell if her other works are her original or not seeing all of this... but really, I have no trust in her.
It might not be in my rights to speak for other artists, but I know they have been offended and insulted as much by what she have done, so I will speak.

All artists who got their work traced/stolen was informed, and all have tried confronting her via private note, including myself. But we were all ignored. We know she read it, but she has chosen to ignore.  Not a single apology when a simple "sorry" and explaination has sufficed. We could have all forgiven and moved on with our lives, except she has done even more wrong moves. One of the artist who sent her a note has been harassed by her "friends" with ridiculous reasoning ever. I'd like to ask people this: if you don't write "do not use" type of statement in your artist comment, it is in your right to freely rip it off and use it? Are you fucking kidding me? You're on an art community site and you think this kind of bullshit reasoning is legit? Please leave, and come back once you learned "basic ethiquette amongst artists"....

What made this worse was that she has tried making profit out of other people's hard work: for example, now it's gone but she had commissions opened for pixel icons using ~HazelRuko's base - it's been confirmed that she didn't even asked for any permission.

After the private note was sent, within few hours she posted a journal saying she will leave dA. Okay, so she decided to flee - insincerity thing to do, but alright, we see that she just want us to magically forget what happened. Or I don't know, maybe she didn't want her watchers to know what she's been doing, seeing from flagging !melodeiia's comments as spam when she has wrote nothing wrong. But really. If you really had just left, this might have been over but no. Posting a journal stating that you're leaving dA without any explainations was lame enough, but what did you do?  YOU JUST CREATED A NEW ACCOUNT ON THE VERY SAME DAY YOU POSTED THAT JOURNAL. You're so full of lies.

Now this is the part that completely offended me. On her new account profile, I found that she just continued using the chibi I told her to take it down.

...... I mean, wow.... really? After all this she still have the guts to post/use works that was accused for tracing?? I'm pretty damn sure I wrote it clear that she traced, and she took it down from her old account as soon as she read my note so I know she understood what I said... I was stupid, for thinking even for a bit that she had a heart and brain to understand what was done wrong.

I have came to conclusion that this person didn't learn - or perhaps, she doesn't want to learn. She has disrespect us people whom she traced/stole, never apologized (not even a single "sorry"), ignored, and continues to use what we have told her to take down. I think we handled this maturely so far, but I'm just gonna screw that now and voice this out.

I would like to address this to the "deviant" (I won't call her an "artist" because she doesn't deserve to be called as one), because i'm pretty damn sure you're reading this.

Seeing that you don't want to talk to us privately, i'll do this publicly.
I don't really care "why" you traced. I know and understand that we have moments in our life when we want to take easy way. If this was referenced, there wasn't a problem. But please, enlighten us with your reason of CONTINUING DOING THIS WHEN WE HAVE DIRECTLY TOLD YOU TO STOP IT. Is this on purpose? Are you taunting us? Or did you think that starting fresh in your new account can keep you away from being busted? You seriously thought that you did so good at running away that we won't be able to find you? We weren't gonna bite your head off for confessing traces, if you apologized along with it. Too late now, we gave you a chance to settle this privately and nicely as possible... you have chosen yourself to do otherwise.
On the side note, I'd like to ask you a quesiton that's nothing to do with this... Why do you even tag my username on some of your pixel works....

You're busted, really. We've tried to confront you privately but you've ignored our notes. We know you read it, and know that you weren't busy at all to reply us because you were spending time modifying your new account. And instead of replying yourself, you've set your friends to harass one of the artist. Can't you speak for yourself? Me and other artists know that you do understand what "tracing" is and that it's bad - this contradiction is rather funny.
Also, this is personal but I need to address to your commission journal. I've noticed that you've copied my commission journal description too, which is alright I think, but everything that I wrote on there that I said NOT to do, you've done it yourself. Don't write rules that you can't follow yourself.

I've also decided to go public on this because I certainly don't want you to think that you can just get away with all this now that you have dissed us this far. Also, i'm doing this so that at least some people here on dA community will know and will keep eyes on you - hopefully it will prevent you from doing shit like this ever again (if you continue to stay here). I'm assuming reporting is pointless at this point since she has deactivated the other account with all the proofs... but if anyone knows if reporting can still be possible, let me know.

Hah, she decided to run again. Predictable. Just by doing that you're emphasizing the fact that you DO know that you're guilty yet refusing to accept the fact that you're being proved wrong. Keeping silent isn't gonna help you.

I do know that type like you will come back in a while hoping people would have forgotten what you have done. But I will tell you this - I don't trust you. Probably never will after all this. And if I ever find out you created a new account, I will let people know so that you can't try to do this again or get away with all this shit. You're going to face the consequences.

But I do hope that you will learn while you're gone. Once you can accept what you have done yourself, you've become a better person.
