ART TRADE WITH DEAREST 
So sorry for the lateness
The art block was killing, but I was finally able to think up of something that suits Chii (I think) ;w;
I failed to come up with a background...
It was supposed to be cellshade coloring, but obviously I just ignored it and did it differently...
Chii was fun to draw! I love her design... she looks like a little snow crystal sugar
